Samantha Wallack Named to GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s 2021 Class of Women of Influence
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that partner Samantha Wallack, who serves as co-chair of the firm’s national Real Estate group, has been named to GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s 2021 Class of Women of Influence in the “Women to Watch” category. This notable industry award recognizes commercial real estate professionals for their remarkable achievements that have “impacted the market and have significantly driven the industry to new heights.”
As a Women of Influence honoree, Samantha will be profiled in GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s July/August issue. She will also be honored at the third annual GlobeSt. Women of Influence Awards Dinner, which will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at the Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley in Park City, Utah, as part of the GlobeSt. Women of Influence Conference. The annual industry event celebrates the women who drive the commercial real estate industry forward, and will explore critical issues facing the commercial real estate industry and what it means to be a woman in business today.
At Blank Rome, Samantha is an accomplished deal maker and trusted adviser to a diverse clientele, including private equity funds, developers, private REITs, family businesses, insurance companies, and realty advisers. Her practice involves all assets classes and types of real estate, including industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and office. She is a member and former co-chair of the Blank Rome Women’s Forum, an active participant in the planning committee for Blank Rome’s annual Women’s Leadership Summit, and involved in many other firm leadership and mentoring committees. Outside of the firm, Samantha is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (“CREW”) national and CREW New York, and is engaged in her community through mentoring, nonprofit volunteering, and pro bono work.
