EDUCATION: Central Michigan University (BS), University of Miami (JD)

FIRST JOB: A waitress at Dairyland when I was 13 and living in a small town in Michigan. I may have overstated my age to be able to work, however, I wanted financial independence.

SOMETHING SURPRISING: I was once County Fair Queen — no judgment please. Unbeknownst to me, winning meant being entered into the Miss Teen Michigan Pageant where I was Second Runner Up and Miss Congeniality.

HOBBY: Currently, my “hobby” involves restoring our home from the effects of Hurricane Milton. My heart goes out to the folks throughout Tampa Bay and the surrounding areas who were affected and continue to be displaced and who are required to fight every day to get back in their home.
