Kyle P. Brinkman and Stephanie M. Harden Named 2021 “Rising Stars” by Law360
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that partners Kyle P. Brinkman and Stephanie M. Harden were named 2021 “Rising Stars” by Law360. Kyle is one of six attorneys nationwide recognized in Insurance and Stephanie is one of five attorneys nationwide recognized in Government Contracts.
This year’s “Rising Stars” list is composed of 180 attorneys under the age of 40 who hail from more than 80 law firms and span 38 practice areas. Editors at Law360 reviewed more than 1,400 submissions to determine the winners for this important distinction, selecting attorneys based on their significant career accomplishments in their respective disciplines. Kyle P. Brinkman represents corporate policyholders or their directors and officers in complex insurance coverage matters, from preemptive analysis of coverage for potential risks to advocacy, dispute resolution, litigation, and appeals. Outside of the firm, Kyle volunteers with the Duke Ellington High School for the Arts’ Street Law class and citywide mock trial team through a partnership with Georgetown University and the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs.
Stephanie M. Harden has extensive experience representing government contractors in a wide array of litigation and counseling matters, including bid protests, audits and claims, False Claims Act litigation, and internal investigations. Outside of the firm, Stephanie is a member of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims Bar Association and the American Bar Association’s Section of Public Contract Law’s Bid Protest Committee and Accounting, Cost and Pricing Committee.
