Kipp Cohen and Shaun Bockert Receive The M&A Advisor’s Information Technology Deal of the Year Award
Blank Rome Partner Kipp B. Cohen and Associate Shaun J. Bockert were recognized by The M&A Advisor for their representation of Syngin Technology in the majority sale of the company to Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics. An independent judging panel of industry experts selected the transaction as the “Information Technology Deal of the Year ($10m to $100m)” for 2018. Kipp and Shaun accepted the award, alongside BB&T Capital Markets, at the 11th Annual International M&A Awards, held in Manhattan on June 5, 2019.
