Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that partner Josh Broderson has been recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2024 Best Real Estate Deals awards program. Josh is one of six winners in the Dealmakers category.
According to the publication, the Dealmakers are “the people behind impactful deals and projects throughout Greater Philadelphia – including lawyers, brokers, developers, and those otherwise involved.”
The honorees were determined by an outside panel of judges from individuals nominated by the public with oversight from the Philadelphia Business Journal’s editorial board. Judges considered the scope of each nominee’s work throughout his or her career, with a specific focus on deals undertaken in the past 12 to 18 months and their subsequent impact on the community.
The winners were recognized at an awards ceremony on March 27, 2025, and highlighted in a special print edition of the Business Journal on March 28, 2025.

Josh Broderson
Partner, Blank Rome
Josh Broderson was instrumental in several major real estate transactions last year, including PMC Property Group’s acquisition of Three Parkway. The Center City office building traded for $30 million, just a fraction of its $114.9million assessed value at the time. The sale by MRP Realty to PMC makes way for a partial office-to-residential conversion. Also in the summer, Broderson was instrumental in Morgan Properties’ acquisition of an 11-property, 3,434-unit portfolio, including four local communities, further expanding the Conshohocken firm’s holdings. An 11-year industry veteran, in January 2024 Broderson was elevated to partner in Blank Rome’s real estate practice group.
