Blank Rome is pleased to share that partner and Boston office co-chair Josef ("Joe") B. Volman was recognized by the Association for Corporate Growth ("ACG") with a 2025 Meritorious Service Award.
The Meritorious Service Awards are presented annually to ACG members who have demonstrated exceptional volunteer service and leadership. According to ACG, the recipients work diligently to support ACG members, advance the mission of driving middle-market growth, and serve as exemplary role models of dedication and leadership.
Joe is one of 12 honorees this year and the sole recipient from the ACG Boston chapter. The winners were celebrated at DealMAX, held from April 7 to 9, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
A longtime ACG member, Joe has previously served as the president of the ACG Boston chapter. During his 30-year legal career, he has become known as a go-to lawyer in the middle-market community, particularly with respect to mid-market mergers and acquisitions. Through his creative, results-driven approach, Joe partners with his clients as a strategic adviser, and leverages his vast network to help clients source deals and raise capital in order to effectively drive growth and maximize returns on their investments.
