The Benchmark Litigation U.S. Awards celebrate the country’s most distinguished litigators and law firms for outstanding achievements over the past year. This year’s ceremony will be held on March 11, 2026, in New York City, honoring both nationally and locally ranked firms and attorneys.
Recognized previously as a finalist for Insurance Litigator of the Year, Jim has also earned consistent accolades from Benchmark Litigation, being named a “Litigation Star” since 2009 and a “National Practice Area Star” since 2020. As co-chair of Blank Rome’s policyholder-only Insurance Recovery practice, Jim represents leading corporations, individuals, religious institutions, and government entities in high-stakes insurance disputes. His extensive experience spans litigation in 24 states, securing more than $1 billion in recoveries across nearly every line of insurance.
