Holli is a maritime attorney at Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia. Her practice encompasses maritime casualties, regulatory compliance with agencies such as the U.S. Coast Guard, EPA, and NOAA, as well as commercial contract disputes and enforcement actions under major environmental statutes like CERCLA and the Clean Water Act. She is a member of Blank Rome’s Recruiting Committee and currently serves as Co-President of the Delaware River & Bay Chapter of the Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA). Prior to her legal career, she graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Coast Guard, including roles as a deck watch officer and Executive Officer on Coast Guard cutters.
