Dan Rhynhart and Leigh Ann Buziak Named to Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best of the Bar

Blank Rome Partners Daniel E. Rhynhart and Leigh Ann Buziak have been named to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2019 Best of the Bar, which honors the Philadelphia region’s top attorneys who, within the last 12 months, have distinguished themselves in their practice specialties. Dan and Leigh Ann were recognized in the categories of Business Litigation and Employment Litigation, respectively.

The Best of the Bar nominations were judged by a panel of the publication’s editorial board and independent judges and evaluated based on noteworthy and recent achievements, including the business impact of their work and the significance of the results they achieved. This year’s class will be profiled in the October 25 edition of the Philadelphia Business Journal and recognized at the Best of the Bar awards event on October 29.

Dan Rhynhart

Dan Rhynhart is the chair of Blank Rome’s 300-member litigation department. He handles a wide variety of high-stakes business disputes across the country involving software and technology, telecommunications, financial services, shareholder/securities, and real estate financing and construction. In 2018, Dan was named an “Influencer of Law” by The Philadelphia Inquirer.


Leigh Ann Buziak

Leigh Ann Buziak is co-chair of Blank Rome’s General Litigation practice group. She handles complex business litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country, with a concentration in representing clients in disputes involving theft of trade secrets and digital information as well as drafting, negotiating, and litigating non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. She has been named a “40 under 40” by the Philadelphia Business Journal and a Rising Star by The Legal Intelligencer
