Significant case: Brett Ward is sought after for high-net-worth dissolutions. In 2024, he achieved a favorable settlement in a $100 million dispute involving his client, a famous artist.

Biggest career win: Ward represented a private equity investor and fund manager in the dissolution of a 10-year marriage. In a complex 25-day trial, he exposed the opposing party’s misrepresentations and achieved a complete victory for his client.

Other contributions: Ward is an executive committee member of the New York State Bar Association’s family law section. In addition, he is co-chair of the continuing legal education committee.
