The awards gala will take place on March 25, 2025, in Palm Beach, Florida.
The M&A Advisor’s Annual Turnaround Awards, widely respected as a benchmark for restructuring excellence, recognize the year’s leading distressed M&A transactions, restructuring, refinancing, products and services, firms, and dealmakers.
A Blank Rome team led by Stanley Tarr, John Lucian, and Evan Zucker, with assistance from Greg Vizza, Regina Stango Kelbon, Lorenzo Thomas, and Jordan Williams, advised Gamida in the company’s global restructuring through a novel use of debt arrangement proceedings in Israel combined with Chapter 15 and 11 proceedings in the United States.
