Law360 Pulse evaluates firms’ pro bono efforts across three key metrics: the percentage of attorneys who provided at least 50 hours of free legal services, the percentage of attorneys who participated in any pro bono work, and the average number of pro bono hours per attorney. Blank Rome’s recognition on this list underscores the firm’s deep-rooted commitment to pro bono service as a core value.
Law360 Pulse also assessed firms’ broader social impact. Overall, Blank Rome ranked 68th among the top law firms, earning scores of over 95 percent for employee engagement and over 50 percent for pro bono participation.
