Blank Rome Ranked Top 10 in American Lawyer’s 2018 Midlevel Associates Survey
Blank Rome is pleased to announce that the Firm was notably ranked as one of the top 10 firms (#9) for midlevel associate satisfaction in The American Lawyer’s national 2018 Midlevel Associates Survey, and in the top 10 regionally for Philadelphia (#2), Los Angeles (#4), and New York (#4). The survey asked midlevel associates to examine several aspects of job satisfaction: compensation and benefits; training and guidance; relations with partners and other associates, which our associates ranked at nearly the highest possible score on the survey scale; interest in and satisfaction level with the work; the firm’s policy on billable hours; and management’s openness about firm strategies and partnership chances.
Additionally, Blank Rome was noted as one of the top-ranking firms (#8) in the survey’s technology section, further strengthening the correlation between top-ranking firms and up-to-date technology suites. Technology categories include, for example, firm-provided technology, firm-provided training, technology support, and the use of technology on behalf of clients.
