Blank Rome LLP has been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2019 Best Law Firms, a special supplement recognizing the “top law firms to work for in Los Angeles.” The annual list honors 25 regional law firms that excel in key workplace factors, including staff salary, benefits, and support programs; work-life balance; percentage of women employees and women in leadership roles; minority and ethnic diversity and leadership; diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs; firm innovation; and overall morale.
This year’s supplement particularly commended Blank Rome for our recent recognitions as a best place to work for women and LGBTQ+ equality by Working Mother magazine and the Human Rights Campaign, respectively, as well as our Firm-wide diversity and inclusion initiatives and programming, noting:
