Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has again been ranked among the top 10 law firms in The American Lawyer’s Summer Associates Satisfaction Survey, as it has every year since 2018. With 92% of the firm’s summer associates participating in the survey, Blank Rome earned an average satisfaction score of 4.93 out of 5.
The survey asks summer associates employed by the nation’s largest law firms to examine various aspects of job satisfaction, such as work completed, work-life balance, strength of preferred practice area, mental health resources, in-office policies, relationships with partners and mentors, interactions with clients, and team-building events.
Blank Rome also recently received top rankings in the 2024 Midlevel Associates Survey, ranking #2 nationally, and earning a high satisfaction score on 12 aspects of job fulfillment, including “compensation and benefits; training and guidance; relations with partners and other associates; interest in and satisfaction level with the work; the firm’s policy on billable hours; and management’s openness about firm strategies and partnership chances.”
