Blank Rome LLP has achieved 2023–2024 Mansfield Certification Plus status after completing Diversity Lab’s yearlong Mansfield Rule program. The Mansfield Rule certification process is designed to ensure that there is equal and fair opportunity for all qualified talent to be considered for firm leadership.
Blank Rome is recognized as a “true trailblazer,” which consists of firms that achieved certification and have remained committed for seven to eight years. The firm has participated in the certification process since the inaugural Mansfield Rule in 2017 and has received the Mansfield Certification for each subsequent iteration of the program.
To achieve 2023–2024 Mansfield Certification, participating law firms had to consider a broad slate of qualified talent for leadership positions and advancement opportunities. Additionally, Mansfield Certified firms enhanced transparency related to leadership roles, advancement processes, and compensation policies. Firms that received Certification Plus voluntarily reported the outcomes of their inclusive processes.
