ABOUT THE SYMPOSIUM

Now in its sixth year, the 2025 event will reflect the huge growth in class actions in the United Kingdon, the United States, the European Union—and beyond—with discussion, debate, and thought leadership. The Symposium will address the changing face of legislation, access to justice, how claims are funded and more.

ABOUT THE SESSION

The Symposium’s first-ever World Café session will take place in the networking area, where delegates will split into smaller groups and visit various roundtables, each hosted by a sponsor firm. Delegates and hosts will delve deeper into the topic under discussion. Every 20 minutes, the groups will rotate. Refreshments will be served throughout the session.
