Blank Rome Partner Anthony Haller is a panelist on American Law Journal’s program, “Workplace Sexual Harassment in the #MeToo/Weinstein Era,” which will air on Monday, February 26, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. on Philadelphia CNN-News affiliate, WFMZ-TV 69.

The program explores how the #MeToo movement may have positively/negatively affected reporting of sexual harassment at work, where we are headed now, and whether this era’s impact will supersede the harassment claims of by-gone years.

Anthony, in joined by Alice W. Ballard of the Law Office of Alice W. Ballard; Mary Tiernan from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; and human resources manager Joey Price of Jumpstart:HR. Former Boies Schiller Flexner attorney Ally Coll Steele, founder of The Purple Campaign, contributes to the ­conversation via satellite from Washington, D.C.

In the opening feature report, ALM senior editor Gina Passarella interviews plaintiffs counsel Marc Rapaport of Rapaport Law Firm and corporate counsel Melissa Osipoff of Fisher & Phillips, examining sexual harassment’s legal history and questioning the role of human resources in such matters.
