Blank Rome Corporate Partner Yelena M. Barychev, who serves as co-lead of the firm’s ESG Team, will lead a discussion on “What’s Hot at the SEC?” for the Philadelphia Chapter of WomenCorporateDirectors (WCD), on January 24, 2022.
Yelena’s discussion will include the latest rulemaking at the SEC, harnessing her insight from her active capital markets practice where she focuses on advising management and boards of directors on matters involving corporate governance, SEC compliance, as well as public and private offerings of securities.
