Walking the Path to Partnership

Blank Rome Partner Beth Bernstein Connors will be speaking at the 2019 Lavender Law^® Conference & Career Fair, being held August 7 through 9, 2019, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Beth’s session, “Walking the Path to Partnership,” will take place Thursday, August 8, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. This panel of openly LGBT law firm partners will address when they first considered partnership a goal, how they started moving in the direction of partnership, how they found mentors and sponsors and what kept them at their firms when other opportunities knocked. They will also discuss some of the complexities of intersectionality and how to leverage one’s LGBT identity and work as an asset.
