U.S. Shopping Center Law Conference
Four Blank Rome Partners will attend the 2016 International Council of Shopping Centers’ (“ICSC”) U.S. Shopping Center Law Conference in Hollywood, Florida taking place October 26–29, 2016.
Blank Rome Partner Philip R. Rosenfeldt will be a co-presenter on the discussion, “The ABCS of Old REAS and CC&R.” Additionally, Blank Rome Partners Jonathan A. Loeb and Harris N. Cogan will lead a roundtable discussion at the event entitled, “Enforceability of Exclusive Dealing Provisions in Lease/Purchase Agreements.” Lastly, Blank Rome Partner Samuel M. Walker, Chair of the Firm’s real estate practice group and member of the editorial board of the Shopping Center Law and Strategy Annual Meeting, also attended the conference.
