ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This unique and engaging program is designed to demystify the oral argument process and enhance appellate advocacy skills. Four Judges of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and seasoned appellate practitioners will deconstruct and reassemble oral argument in real time.
