Blank Rome Partner and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer Emeritus Sophia Lee will serve as the moderator in the session, “Understanding the Legal Issues Regarding Pay Equity and How They Affect You!”, held via Zoom on Thursday, May 20, 2021, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. ET.
The session is part of the “Leveling the Playing Field Series” presented by The Forum of Executive Women’s Pay Equity Committee and will discuss ways to close the pay equity gap.
Sophia will be joined by employment law attorneys and panelists Jeanine C. Daves, Esq., Shareholder, Littler, and Nancy Ezold, Esq., Founder, The Ezold Law Firm, to focus on how to use the laws available to address pay inequities and how the laws have been applied in specific cases by the courts. Examples from both the employee and the employer perspectives will be considered, and attendees are encouraged to participate with questions.
