Blank Rome partner and Director of Pro Bono and Community Impact Kathy E. Ochroch will help lead Act 61 and Guardianship Practice in PA, a Philadelphia VIP (“VIP”) training program taking place September 17, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., at our Philadelphia office.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Act 61 was passed in 2023 in Pennsylvania and provides that individuals facing guardianship proceedings have the right to legal representation, regardless of their ability to pay. This training will briefly cover guardianship practice and procedure in Philadelphia County on behalf of proposed guardians of alleged incapacitated individuals.
