Rosenthal will serve as speakers at the Association of Corporate Counsel (“ACC”) Greater Philadelphia In-House Counsel Conference, being held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on May 4, 2022, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a networking cocktail reception to follow.

ABOUT THE SESSION

Hacking, phishing, malware, and ransomware are the areas of greatest concern for in-house counsel with respect to privacy and data security, including issues resulting from employee error and the risk of breaches via third party vendors and business partners. With new smart technology comes new risks, as well as trying to navigate ever-evolving federal, state, and global laws, rules, and regulations. This panel will help attendees proactively see around the corner to protect their companies from financial, reputational, and regulatory harm in this highly sensitive area of the law.
