Top Privacy Issues Facing In-House Counsel in 2022

ABOUT THE SESSION

Hacking, phishing, malware, and ransomware are the areas of greatest concern for in-house counsel with respect to privacy and data security, including issues resulting from employee error and the risk of breaches via third party vendors and business partners. With new smart technology comes new risks, as well as trying to navigate ever-evolving federal, state, and global laws, rules, and regulations.
