This half-day event, which includes three CLE programs, will offer insights into the latest documentation trends of the U.S. corporate loan market and a deep dive into the negotiation of an intercreditor agreement, as well as the ethics of negotiation.
Heather’s session, “Top 10 Mistakes in Negotiating an Intercreditor.” will take place on Thursday, October 23, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
