Each 60-minute session of this four-part series will feature a Blank Rome LLP partner and Fortune 500 Chief Legal Officers who will deliver their timely insights and informative takeaways from the results of the recent 2021 Chief Legal Officers Survey.

Session II: The Political and Regulatory Landscape

In this second session of the 2021 ACC Global CLO Survey Results Roundtable Series, the panel will provide the following takeaways:

  • Insights on the impact of the political and regulatory landscape on legal departments.
  • Major changes that organizations have made due to COVID-19, the biggest legal challenges anticipated in 2021, and how organizations are preparing for increased data privacy regulations and emerging risks.
  • The extent to which public companies are facing investor pressure due to the pandemic and the changing socio-economic landscape as well as how ESG issues are impacting corporate strategy.
