Online Webinar
Blank Rome Partner and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer Emeritus Sophia Lee will serve as a speaker for Returning to HQ: Data and Best Practices Addressing the Disproportionate Impact on Lawyers of Color, Women and Other Groups, an American Bar Association (“ABA”) online webinar presented by the Coordinating Group on Practice Forward and the Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Profession on Monday, July 26, 2021, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. EDT.

The program will feature:
- Key findings from the ABA’s Practice Forward survey, Practicing Law In the Pandemic and Moving Forward: Results and Best Practices from a Nationwide Survey of the Legal Profession
- Recommendations from a proposed policy resolution addressing these issues
- A panel of law firm and diversity, equity, and inclusion (“DEI”) leaders from different practice settings discussing post-pandemic return-to-work and how they plan to foster a healthy and productive work environment for disproportionately impacted groups.
