Blank Rome Partner Scott E. Wortman will speak at the New York State Bar Association (“NYSBA”) Business Law Section Fall Meeting, being held Tuesday, November 19, 2019, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the AMA Executive Conference Center in New York, New York.

Scott’s presentation, “Privacy Law & Data Management Protection,” will take place from 3:40 to 4:30 p.m. as part of the day’s third session, with co-presenter Debbie L. Miede, counsel in the Complex Financial Institutions Section (Legal Division) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”). Scott and Debbie will cover legal topics related to privacy law & data management protection that are of great importance to financial institutions and their service providers.
