Blank Rome partner Dylan S. Mitchell will act as panel moderator for the New York State Bar Association (“NYSBA”) CLE program Presenting Your Matrimonial Case: What the Judges Want to Hear and See, being held Wednesday, November 30, 2022, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., at Blank Rome’s New York office.
The two-hour CLE program will feature four judges from different areas of New York state who will share their views and offer their perspectives in the practice skill areas of:
- Preliminary conferences
- Pendente lite motions
- Statements of proposed disposition and pre-trial conferences
- Trials and post-trial submissions
