Ellen will teach attendees how to unlock the secrets to conscious parenting. She will share practical tools to avoid common parenting pitfalls and build deeper, more connected relationships and how to create boundaries that foster empowerment, develop resilience, and transform one’s parenting style from reactive to intentional. Whether navigating toddler tantrums or teenage turbulence, this workshop introduces the essential keys to conscious parenting:
- Connection: the importance of unconditional connection as the key transformational agent to change
- Boundaries: the role of boundaries in establishing necessary limits and in nurturing safety, respect, trust, and growth
- Inner Work: the critical importance of understanding how one’s own childhood trauma and unconscious patterns influence parenting

As a working mother of two grown daughters, Ellen understands firsthand the emotional and practical pressures of sustaining a demanding career while raising a family. She has spent decades studying conscious parenting. She has worked with families domestically and internationally, reshaping how they approach connection, boundaries, and communication. Ellen is also the author of the insightful book How to Raise a Parent: Becoming a Conscious Parent in an Unconscious World.
