Patent Litigation 2014

Practising Law Institute
New York, NY

Christopher Hu, of counsel, and Kenneth Bressler, partner, will be participating in the Practicing Legal Institute's "Patent Litigation 2014" conference from November 10-11, 2014 in New York, NY.

The conference, chaired by Mr. Hu, will be taught by a faculty of both outside and in-house lawyers who have earned national reputations in patent litigation by trying and managing a wide variety of bench and jury patent trials and U.S. Patent Office post-grant trial proceedings. The event will also feature views from U.S. District Court judges, who will provide their insights on the state of patent litigation and practical tips for litigants.

Mr. Bressler will be speaking on the “Patent Damages and Exhaustion” panel and will discuss how recent Federal Circuit and District Court decisions reflect a trend towards damages awards based less on application of rules than on evidence of actual harm sustained.

Participants will receive CLE credit for attending.
