Blank Rome Partner Michael B. Schaedle will be serve as a panelist at the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference’s panel presentation, “In Pari Delicto and Imputation Doctrines,” being held Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Mike will join Jeffrey S. Cianciulli, Weir Greenblatt Pierce, and Daniel M. Pereira, Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, for an examination of the in pari dilecto and imputation doctrines and their differing applications in various jurisdictions.
