One Call Away: Healthcare Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Class Actions

Blank Rome Partner Jeffrey N. Rosenthal will be a presenter at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (“PBI”) 24th Annual Health Law Institute on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, from 2:25 to 3:25 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, PA.

Jeff’s presentation, “One Call Away: Healthcare Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Class Actions,” will explore the complex statutory and regulatory landscape surrounding the use of automatic telephone-dialing systems by healthcare providers to contact patients for a variety of health and business related purposes. Jeff will provide helpful insights to minimize the risk of, and defend against, a TCPA class action. This presentation is derived from a paper of the same title that Jeff co-authored with Blank Rome Associate Harrison Brown, which will be published for and distributed at the event.
