New Market Tax Credit Rules and Regulations in Community Development
Blank Rome Partner Michael I. Sanders will present at the Lorman live webinar, "New Market Tax Credit Rules and Regulations in Community Development," held on Thursday, April 20, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:40 p.m. This CLE program will afterwards be available through Lorman OnDemand.
Mr. Sanders will speak on significant opportunities for developers, lenders, and community development enterprises in designated census tracks to secure additional financing in order to complete projects and fund businesses. The program will feature a discussion of recent transactions, the twinning of NMTCs with other programs, and the opportunities for nonprofits to expand their charitable programs.
