New Developments in Contract Compliance and Fraud Enforcement
Blank Rome Partners Justin Chiarodo and Luke Meier are faculty for “New Developments in Contract Compliance and Fraud Enforcement,” a Federal Publications Seminars course being held October 24 and 25, 2018.
The two-day course will cover new developments impacting contractors and how to respond to recent changes in False Claims Act law and DOJ policies and priorities. Attendees will learn the practical implications of these changes and how to best adapt their organization’s compliance program. The course will also explore effective strategies for working with auditors and responding to government enforcement inquiries.
