Scott’s session, Navigating the Recovery: FCRA, FDCPA and Bankruptcy Issues, will take place on May 26 from 2:00 to 2:50 p.m. and the panelists will discuss some of the legal challenges that will likely accompany the expected surge in debt collection activity, foreclosures, and bankruptcy filings as the economy begins to recover and the mortgage industry prepares to address some of the longer-term implications of the pandemic, including an increase in financially-troubled borrowers.
