Meeting The Demand For Skilled Workers in the Offshore Wind Industry
Blank Rome Of Counsel Joan M. Bondareff will present at the American Wind Energy Association's Offshore Windpower Conference and Exhibition being held October 22–23, 2019, in Boston, MA.
Joan's session, "Meeting The Demand For Skilled Workers in the Offshore Wind Industry," will be held on October 22, from 12:00 p.m. to 12:15 p.m. Her presentation will address the growth in the offshore wind industry in the United States and the pressing need for skilled workers to fill these jobs offshore, in the marine environment, and on land. The objectives of the session are to educate the attendees on the types of jobs needed and to identify where those jobs can come from and also to identify funding for the new class of skilled offshore wind workers.
