Making Sense Out of Make Wholes: Treatment of "Make Whole Provisions" in Bankruptcy
ABA Business Law Bonus Webinar Series
Online Live Webinar
Blank Rome Partner Regina Stango Kelbon will moderate the “Making Sense Out of Make Wholes: Treatment of ‘Make Whole Provisions’ in Bankruptcy” online webinar hosted by the American Bar Association (“ABA”) as part of ABA’s Business Law Bonus Webinar Series, on July 9, 2020, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. EDT.
ABOUT THE WEBINAR
A “make whole provision” in a credit agreement means borrowers must pay all future interest, even if the loan is paid off early. In bankruptcy, the rule is usually that no interest is due after the filing date. This panel will explain what happens when these two worlds collide.
