Grasso will speak at the North American Marine Environment Protection Association (“NAMEPA”) Safety at Sea: National Maritime Day Seminar and AMVER Awards Reception, being held Wednesday, May 22, 2019, from 1:30 to 7:30 p.m., at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
Jeanne’s presentation, “Legal Hot Buttons in Today’s Shipping Arena,” takes place in the 2:00 p.m. block and will provide the view from counsel on emerging legal issues affecting a rapidly changing shipping environment.
The AMVER reception and awards presentation will follow the seminar at 5:30 p.m., with special guest Admiral Karl L. Schultz, Commandant, U.S. Coast Guard.
