Blank Rome Partner Jeffrey N. Rosenthal and Associate Georgee V. Thevervelil will be presenters at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (“PBI”) Lawyering in a Digital World: Your Client's Data and Your Ethical Duties, being held Tuesday, November 12, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., at the PBI CLE Conference Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The program will also be simulcast to other locations around the state and available as an online webcast.
Using TED-style talks and open panel discussion, presenters will provide ways to identify and approach digital challenges and provide solutions.
Jeff will be on two panels. His first panel, “Digital Trails & Stories,” will take place at 9:00 a.m. and his second, “Ever Present Online ‘Status’,” will immediately follow, from 10:00 to 11:00.
Georgee will speak on the “Ethically Protecting Your Client’s Data” panel.
