ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The goal of the first part of the program is to address issues with insurance policies in which the limits are eroded by defense costs, including challenges associated with multiple insureds seeking defense under such policies. The second part of the program will focus on privacy and cyber insurance issues related to privacy issues, including silent risk.
