Blank Rome Of Counsel Joan M. Bondareff will be a panelist at the New York City Bar program, “New York’s Offshore Wind Initiative: The Legal Path Forward,” being held Monday, May 21, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Two panels will discuss legal issues related to offshore wind projects and the onshore development they will require, and the use of state-level procurement mechanisms developers may use to recoup costs.

Joan’s panel, “Panel 2: The Legal Path Forward: Issues and Progress,” will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. and she will address “Jones Act and Related Admiralty Issues” as part of the panel’s discussion of legal issues relating to offshore wind. Her co-panelists will be:
