Schaedle will serve as a panelist for the International Insolvency Institute’s The Intersection of Maritime Law and Insolvency program, being presented in partnership with United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (“UNCITRAL”) on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., in conjunction with the UNCITRAL V meetings in New York, New York.
The panel will discuss the intersection of maritime liens in insolvency proceedings and the Beijing Convention on the Judicial Sale of Ships.
