Blank Rome of counsel Joan M. Bondareff will be a speaker at the Society of American Military Engineers (“SAME”) Industry-Government Engagement Workshop, Wind, Water and the Warfighter, hosted by SAME’s Central Virginia, Hampton Roads, and Virginia Peninsula Posts on December 7, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Ted Constant Center at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.

Joan’s session, “Infrastructure Bill Overview,” will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Other sessions include “Coastal Resilience Updates” and “Military Updates from USACE and NAVFAC” plus three dynamic breakout sessions:

  • Resilient Wind
  • Resilient Water
  • Resilient Military
