The Impact of TWSRA v. Blair
Blank Rome Partner Deborah Skakel will be speaking at the National Conference of State Liquor Administrators (“NCSLA”) 2019 Annual Conference, being held June 16 through 19, 2019, in Louisville, Kentucky.
Debbie’s panel, “The Impact of TWSRA v. Blair” will take place Wednesday, June 19, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and will provide commentary on the Tennessee Wine & Spirits Retailers Association v. Blair Supreme Court case, and its likely impact on litigation currently working its way through the federal courts of appeals, some of which may also end up before the Supreme Court.
