ABOUT THE SUMMIT

Since the pandemic began almost two years ago, leaders of organizations across the globe have turned to their Human Resource (“HR”) partners to develop innovative solutions to workforce challenges, adapt their business strategies to drive profits despite unprecedented obstacles, continue to provide exceptional service to customers, and maintain a healthy and productive workforce. All during one of the most challenging times industries have ever faced. HR professionals are better positioned than ever to impact our businesses and the communities in which we operate by embracing change to grow and evolve.

We are living in a world of evolving technological, social, political, and environmental trends that generate uncertainty. HR leaders are asked to mentor, advocate, and educate workplaces on these evolving movements. To continue to drive business results, HR professionals need to pivot and use creative resources to solve the many challenges their businesses are facing.
