Blank Rome LLP Of Counsel James S. Carter will speak at the 2017 Annual Meeting of the Association of Audit Committee Members, Inc. (“AACMI”), being held Friday, October 13, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at Blank Rome’s Philadelphia office.

Jim’s session, “How Should the Audit Committee Deal with Cybersecurity Risks?” will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The other panelists for the session will be:

The meeting will also feature a keynote address by Commissioner Michael S. Piwowar of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

This program is eligible for 3 CPE credits and is anticipated to qualify for 2.5 general CLE credits in the states of Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Delaware, and 3 general/professional practice CLE credits in the states of New York and New Jersey.
