Blank Rome Partner Michelle M. Gervais will be a speaker at the 28th Annual Nuts & Bolts of Family Law Seminar, presented by the Dade County Bar Association’s Family Courts Committee and he Dade Legal Aid / Put Something Back Program, being held Friday, December 4, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST, as an online, virtual event.
The program will kick off with a “View from the Bench” from the Honorable Samantha Ruiz Cohen.
Michelle’s session, “Hot Topics on Prenups and Postnups,” will take place from 10:35 to 11:05 a.m. EST.

- Parenting Plans
- Tips & Techniques to Make your Zoom Evidentiary Hearing a Success
The seminar is free for attorneys who agree to accept at least one Family Law case from Dade Legal Aid’s Put Something Back Program. The Put Something Back Pro Bono Project is the official program for providing pro bono, or free legal assistance to the needy population of Miami-Dade County. It is designed to increase access to the civil legal system by serving as an umbrella agency for referral to all other legal service providers and as a clearinghouse for attorneys who volunteer to help the indigent of the community.
