Blank Rome Associate Stephanie Gantman Kaplan will be a panelist at the Pennsylvania Bar Association (“PBA”) Annual Meeting 2019, being held May 15 through 17, 2019, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Stephanie’s panel, “Hostile Work Environments and Sexual Harassment,” is part of the PBA Commission on Women in the Profession Annual Conference portion of the meeting and will take place on Wednesday, May 15, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Her co-panelists will be:

The panel will focus on sexual harassment in the workplace: how to identify pitfalls, failures and challenges for plaintiffs, as well as defense litigation; issues including verdicts post-#MeToo; and what to expect in the future. Panelists will fully explore the effects of #MeToo as it relates to corporate responses such as training, releases, arbitration, and how it has affected lawyers and law firms.
